I am a licensed mental health counselor and I am currently accepting new clients. Need help with parenting, anxiety, stress, or depression? Since 2003, I’ve been providing mental health and behavioral related counseling for families. In addition, I have a PhD in educational psychology and offer support for parents on how to mentor and support learning relationships with their children. For adults, I bring both a counseling and organizational consultant perspective to help lessen anxiety, build self-awareness, improve self-confidence, foster resiliency, and help patients to get clear about their personal purpose and goals. Since 2014, I’ve been doing research and working with families and adults from around the globe with a focus on intergenerational learning and mentoring. I use an integrated approach that includes approaches from clinical, educational, and organizational psychology to help clients learn to uncover creative pathways for moving forward and restoring harmony.
