Therapist Overview

I provide children, adolescents and families a safe place to explore their feelings, challenges and strengths. My experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, intellectual disabilities, low self-esteem, oppositional behaviors, grief/loss and adjusting to life transitions (ie. divorce, changing schools) helps provide support to the entire family to improve communication and family relationships. Special Needs affect the entire family. Building Bridges provides comprehensive, individualized care, for children with special needs and their families. I work closely with our multi-disciplinary team (Speech, OT, PT & ABA) to address the unique mental and physical needs of each child, while providing support for the entire family. The Building Bridges team identifies ways to support other family members for a healthy family dynamic. It’s okay…actually, essential for family members to take time away, and express their feelings.
