I have extensive experience in working with individuals and their families with complex trauma. I work with individuals, students, couples, families, children and adolescents to promote strengthening individual and relational health thru a holistic and systemic lense. I firmly believe individuals exist within the context of relationships (e.g. marriage, couple, family, friends, peers, community, etc.) and these relationships influence the individual’s physical, psychological, and emotional health. My Certified Therapy Dog Journey at times joins sessions to bring comfort and smiles for clients. I’m also a Gottman Relationship Checkup Approved Member and trained in EMDR.
