I think of therapy as a safe space to truly be heard, a place to catch your breath, and gain support in processing and sorting through difficult emotions and situations. Authenticity, humor, and connection are core values in my personal life and my work as a clinician. I believe a positive and trusting therapeutic alliance between myself and my clients can be a unique comfort and allows us to explore vulnerable emotions and difficulties while also holding space for appreciating humor and finding hope. My therapeutic style is best described as Client-Centered and Interpersonal. However, I believe therapy is flexible and should be a collaborative process between my clients and myself. Therapy will look different for every individual and what may work at one point in someone’s journey may shift depending on changing circumstances and redefined goals. I have worked with individuals, groups, and families in a variety of settings. My passion is working with teens and young adults, but I en
