Therapist Overview

We often struggle alone with anxiety, regret, loneliness, grief, and other difficult emotions. Therapy is a chance to invite someone else into our inner world and express feelings and thoughts that we don’t always feel comfortable sharing with our friends and family. I seek to provide a safe, supportive, and challenging space for my clients to explore the issues that hold them back from leading their fullest lives. I believe in participating fully in the interpersonal process by providing feedback and my own observations, while also empowering my clients to come to their own insights. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, meaning that I value the exploration of past experiences and how they relate to a person’s current behavior patterns. I see individuals as well as couples, and I aim to be honest, genuine, supportive, and analytical in my relationships with my clients. I am currently accepting new clients and I am in network with BCBS PPO. Please contact me by phone or email to disc
