I’m passionate about adolescents and young adults (ages 12-30ish), understanding that these periods of life can be hard for most of us. If you’re a teenager, college student, or young professional who’s feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or wrestling with things like identity, self-esteem, or life transitions, I’d love to help. I believe in the strength of young people to work and grow through issues like depression, suicidality, anxiety, transitional issues, academic or social pressures, and more! I have a background in working with college students, middle & high schoolers, and young professionals, and my relaxed & upbeat style makes even the most hesitant individuals feel comfortable in a therapy session.
