Hello! I’m Laura Turk, and I’m deeply committed to helping you on your journey to better health. With over two decades of experience as a nurse and advanced practice nurse, I focus on treating the whole person. My practice is rooted in evidence-based medicine and the gestalt that comes from deep listening. I truly believe in the healing power of building strong, collaborative relationships with my patients. I have diverse experience, from urgent care and emergency medicine to working in private and public psychiatric care. My training allows me to draw from a wide range of experiences, from wellness and preventative care to treatment of acute and chronic conditions. I hold certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Outside of direct care, I enjoy educating others. I have given talks on nutrition, heart health, and altitude sickness, among other topics. When not at work, I am usually spending time with my family, working on our farm, mountain biking or cooking. My goal is to empower each of my patients to take charge of their health and wellbeing. I look forward to partnering with you to achieve your health goals.
