You do it all for everyone but you. You desire more internal motivation; to live empowered and confidently. You typically put others before yourself, fear change and hold yourself to a high standard, maybe perfection; this leads to significant anxiety/stress, irritability and/or sadness. You always feel you can do better and never feel like enough. My passion is work with women in their 20s/30s who feel stuck and uncertain. You want to understand ways to feel more confident and accepting of yourself. I especially enjoy work with aspiring female entrepreneurs/practice owners. I offer an anti-oppressive, anti-racist lens in my work. Let’s work together to understand where it may be helpful to set boundaries, tackle overwhelming and distressing sadness, anxiety that is rooted in a life that doesn’t feel genuine to you. I use mindfulness, cognitive work, EMDR, light yoga and meditation and enjoy incorporating skills you already know and love (from previous therapies or life experience).
