Often in life we can be our own worst enemy. I enjoy helping people learn how to get out of their own way and let go in order make space for a truer, more free and deeper version of themselves. Whether your struggle is with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem or a major life transition it is often the way that we respond to these difficult experiences that create the most suffering. At this time, the primary modes of treatment that I use (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) are aimed at building and strengthening your ability to sit with uncomfortable thoughts/emotions and training yourself to cultivate non-resistant and non-judgmental responses to these experiences that are based in your values. I believe that these approaches allow us to develo
