Making a decision to begin counseling can be an intimidating undertaking, so I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment for all who come to see me. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with diverse challenges, ranging from temporarily overwhelming stressors to life-altering losses or circumstances. I worked in corporate America before my training as a therapist so I also have a distinct insight into the work-life balance demands and pressures of corporate culture. I am one of only a very few therapists in Charlotte certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). EFT focuses on helping you reconnect in your relationship to create a safer, more secure bond, such that you can get the kind of comfort and understanding you desire. I also provide premarital counseling. I am uniquely trained as a Christian counselor;
