What are your short-term and long-term goals? My hope is to facilitate your growth by assisting you to identify and make progress toward reaching those goals. I am enthusiastic about working with adolescents and adults addressing general mental health concerns as well as relationship issues, significant loss, and substance use issues. In addition to a certificate in chemical dependency, I have experience working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, the traumas of various experiences, and death, loss and grief. I have experience helping people struggling with homelessness and the traumas of human trafficking. I believe that every human being has inherent value. I typically use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to provide a non-judgmental, respectful atmosphere to address your most pressing issues.
