I have enjoyed 30+ years of offering relationship based/ client centered therapy to clients, with an emphasis on helping adolescents face and successfully navigate personal, social , and academic challenges. Utilizing a combination of individual, group, and peer counseling, I strive to cultivate strength and confidence , which is the foundation for self -esteem and conducive to dynamic personal change. In addition to meeting clients in my office , I provide in-home and Skype sessions upon request for those unable to travel or who prefer a “non traditional” setting. If a place to catch up on homework/assignments in a relaxed, encouraging environment is needed, this is the place. If there are concerns of any nature, and a “safe place” to meet and discuss issues is needed, this is the place. One of my rooms has been designed by teens, for teens. Its awesome!
