In this view, therapy is an opportunity to bring air to the patterns and conditions we experience in a supportive way. My approach to therapy combines integrative and person-centered approaches — via the relationship between the mind and body. I believe each person is naturally healthy and whole and we are all ultimately responsible for our own lives. I believe each person already possesses the necessary resources to create the shifts and changes they would like to see in their lives. Through collaboration with my clients we look into daily experiences that include relationships, exercise, patterns of thoughts and feelings, eating and sleeping habits, and the impact they have on mind and body.
