Are you a parent looking for someone to help your son or daughter experiencing difficulties? My private practice serves two primary populations: 1.) Adolescents and their families experiencing difficulties due to drugs, divorce or relationships; 2.) Adults with depression, anxiety, substance/addiction, body-image/eating disorders. Secondary work that I do is serve as a business coach and life coach. As a teen with divorced parents, I acted out and found myself in rehab. Seeking support and building coping skills were necessary when learning how to do high school sober.
