All of us are confronted with challenges on multiple levels during the difficult times in our lives. My approach includes Western psychology, Eastern mindfulness and Somatic traditions. I’ve worked in culturally diverse settings with individuals, families, couples and groups. I enjoy collaborative, strength-based client relationships that support meaningful personal growth.
