Therapist Overview

Life presents us all with situations that we may not have expected to find ourselves in. Having someone walk with us on our journey and bear witness to our experience is often helpful. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, behavior/mood changes or family/relationship stressors, you may benefit from therapy. I look forward to working with you as you work on the things that are most important to you. I serve children, teens, families and individuals of all ages with a variety of symptoms and concerns. I am trained in TFCBT as well as EMDR. My passion is attachment related work, specifically working with parents/caregivers to better understand the unique needs of their child and to increase attachment and bonding. Your life and your time are valuable. Therapy is an investment in yourself and can help you live life more fully. If you have any questions or would like to talk further to determine if I would be a good fit for you, please give me a call for a brief phone consultation.
