I know first hand the twists and turns life can take you on. I enjoy assisting others on that same journey who are feeling the pressures of everyday life. I connect easily with people of all ages and walk along side their struggles with them allowing them to be who they are. I believe each struggle is an opportunity for growth and a lesson to propel us into the person we are to become. Depression and anxiety rates are higher now than ever before. I have worked for years in foster care settings, group settings, individual settings, as well as residential settings. Through the relationship building process we are able to work together to increase honesty and transformation. I have learned over the years that there are times of ups and downs and it is always good to share this with someone. We never stop learning and growin
