Therapist Overview
I received a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hill University in 2011. I am currently a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania. I have been employed by a community mental health agency in a variety of positions, working with clients of all ages and in multiple settings. I have worked with families in their homes to create a more positive and constructive environment. I also work with couples to help improve communication and strengthen the bond of their relationship. My goal is meet you where you are, help establish goals, and collaborate with you to meet them. Theoretically, I mainly apply a combination of Structural Family Systems Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy in sessions in an effort to help you examine issues you bring to therapy and address them in a way that makes you feel safe, respected, comfortable, and heard.
