Our early childhood experiences lay the foundation for how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world. In many instances, difficult developmental experiences can impact our ability to live meaningful and satisfying lives, and it is my goal to help individuals recover from the pain of their past. I have a passion for working with individuals who look to learn more about themselves, and desire to grow mentally, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. I specialize in working with individual adults and couples. My treatment approach is integrative, but I primarily practice from a psychodynamic perspective, which largely entails making unconscious processes conscious so that clients are able to operate in the world with a greater degree of self-awareness and agency. My style of therapy is relational and clients can expect that I will explore their issues with them without judgment.
