Since counseling is a very personal experience, your journey with me will include a personalized approach when exploring how to bring about self-acceptance, growth and change. I am a very solution oriented therapist, and work to provide tools to enhance my clients’ lives. Tools can include anything from reading material, visual imagery, music, poetry, collage making or homework that you can grow from. I can help you with life challenges including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, eating and food issues, family issues, grief, and PTSD. Looking at the family that you came from, what to hold onto, and what to let go of, will make our work together very effective. I have a masters degree in both Education and Social Work. With over 25 years experience in the mental health field, I have helped all populations including children 10 and older, adults of all ages, couples and families with non-judgmental support and humor.
