Searching for a therapist can often feel like a daunting task. My goal is to ensure that my clients get the most out of their treatment by creating an environment which allows them to feel safe and comfortable. I strive to facilitate an increase in self-awareness, insight and self-care. Exploring life experiences, both past and present, is crucial to the process of identifying unhealthy patterns in thoughts and behaviors which often lead to symptoms of anxiety and depression. I believe that supportive guidance can help alleviate symptoms and allow space for positive change and personal growth. In 2018 I moved to Portland from NYC where I practiced for 10 years. My specialty focuses on depression, anxiety and trauma in adults and adolescents age 14 and up. A Psychodynamic approach is employed and tailored to each individual.
