I am opening my space to clients who are ready to heal. Therapy is about uncovering and recovering. This begins with giving yourself permission to go into your suffering to come out of it with love and acceptance. It requires strength, courage and commitment. It relies on understanding the stories we have chosen to live by and how they impact the decisions we make today and the patterns we continue to follow. Therapy is a beautiful process of closing the gap between who you are and who you want to be. I work with traditional therapy, mindfulness, movement, CBT & Aboriginal psychotherapy. Creativity is the source of healing; it allows us to 1. speak without using the words we hide behind and 2. use our bodies to tell our true story. I am an active participant in session; listening, asking questions, interpreting and saying what I think.
