Therapist Overview
You make sense. I know it doesn’t always feel that way; it often feels like no one understands why you do what you do, sometimes even including you. It’s a lonely and disheartening feeling. I create a safe and judgment-free space for individuals and couples to discover, make sense of, and shift out of what is driving the stuckness. Together we will break patterns and heal parts of yourself you lost contact with along the way. Being an MFT doesn’t just mean that I work with relationships. It means I understand your individual struggles in context. The way we move through the world results from our attempts to adapt to it. When we understand and honor this, the way to shift becomes available to us. I come from a theater arts background, and I particularly love to work with creative types and Highly Sensitive People. I also welcome diversity of sexual orientation, gender and ethnicity.
