Additionally, I offer energy-based Reiki therapy to those interested. Anxiety, trauma, and other sources of suffering exist not only in the mind, but in the body as well. I use a mindfulness-based approach to empower my clients to learn the language of their own bodies and, in doing so, embrace the present moment and lead more satisfying lives.
