Therapist Overview
NOW OFFERING THERAPY VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE! I am a CT Licensed Professional Counselor that specializes in providing therapy to children and adolescents as well as providing support to parents. I utilize an eclectic mix of theories to inform my practice (CBT, trauma-focused, expressive arts, play and mindfulness). I provide a safe, warm and non-judgmental space to be heard and supported. My passion lies with early intervention and giving children and teens the tools they need to identify, express and cope with their emotions. I also have extensive experience teaching social skills to children and teens diagnosed with ASD and ADHD. In addition to my private practice, I work as the School Program Coordinator at Child Guidance Center of Southern CT in Stamford, CT. I provide individual psychotherapy to preschoolers and offer classroom consultation as well. I also see children as old as 18 from the community and am working towards two credentials- one in Play Therapy and one in TF-CBT.
