Therapist Overview

I am a fully Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to treat a variety of emotional and psychological problems. In my individual and group therapy practices I work with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing emotional distress. My specific area of specialization is treating anxiety and depression which can manifest itself in many ways including relationship/interpersonal problems, and school/professional problems. In my practice therapy is a collaborative process between myself and the client. Through the process of therapy I use a variety of Evidence Based Therapies (EBTs) to decrease symptoms, elevate mood, and increase functioning. The interventions I use have scientifically demonstrated effectiveness in treating emotional and psychological problems. In our sessions a client can expect a confidential and empathic environment to voice difficulties and learn new ways of coping. Through examining a client’s thoughts, behaviors, and emotions
