Therapist Overview
I work with individuals and couples experiencing a broad range of difficulties, including yet not limited to: anxiety, trauma (PTSD), grief, depression, and interpersonal conflict. As an integrative therapist, I utilize a combination of modalities in working with you to find resolution and resiliency. I offer mindfulness meditation, dreamwork, sand tray, and body-centered techniques to name a few. If you are interested, these may be incorporated to deepen our talk therapy work. Therapy is a collaborative process and my aim is to assist one in understanding themselves better in the relational context to the world and others around them. My approach encourages the building of self-confidence and determination through the strengthening of interdependence. “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” Viktor Frankl
