Therapist Overview
Are feeling stuck in one or more areas of your life? Do you struggle with self-confidence? Are you in the midst of a major life transition? Working with a psychotherapist will allow you to explore yourself and your relationships with someone who is objective and nonjudgmental. For over 15 years, I have been working with individuals, couples, and families in Missoula. In my practice, I address a range of problems (depression, anxiety, insomnia, low self-esteem, etc.) and specialize in working with women, adolescents, LGBTQ individuals and couples, and military/veterans. I also specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma (such as domestic violence, sexual violence, combat trauma, etc.), and advocates, social workers, law enforcement officers, first responders, and veterans who may be struggling with secondary trauma.
