Anxiety is something you’ve struggled with for a long time. While you appear to be holding it together, inside you’re dealing with feelings of dread, catastrophic thoughts that you can’t seem to stop, and constantly feeling like you need to plan for what might go wrong. The good news is that there are methods that research shows can really help. You and I will work together to identify ways to tackle anxiety and live a more full life. My approach to therapy is warm, direct, and active. You and I will work as a team to identify what anxiety is like for you and get to work so that you spend less time struggling with anxious thoughts and feelings and more time living your life. We’ll focus on helping you feel more confident and identifying tools to handle whatever life throws your way.
