Take time to relax and be confident I can effectively serve your mental health needs through 13 years of experience working with ADHD, anxiety, substance abuse/addictions, parenting difficulties, depression, and relationship difficulties. In our sessions we will work collaboratively to help you feel better, more relaxed, to improve the quality of your life, and ultimately to increase your hope. I will be as practical as possible for your benefit. You should contact me if you are ready to experience deep and long-lasting change! We will focus on barriers that are holding you back from being the person you long to be. We will look at cognitive distortions, negative behavioral patterns, and self-image issues that might be impeding your success. I will use a wide range of treatment modalities in our work together. The bulk of my experience comes from being an assistant professor with the University of Kentucky where I was a therapist in their dept. of psychiatry for 13 years. I am more tha
