Sara L Giglio

Dr. Sara Giglio is a licensed psychologist specializing in the psychological treatment of adults, children, and adolescents using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy orientation. Her primary treatment approach focuses on tailoring empirically supported treatments to individuals’ needs and using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to increase effective coping strategies. Dr. Giglio’s background includes experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has experience working with adults and children diagnosed with depression, anxiety, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and behavior disorders to provide effective coping strategies and improve functioning. Outside work, Dr. Giglio enjoys spending time with her family and two young boys. She has a passion for cooking, exercise, and volunteering at some local non profit organizations. She looks forward to continuing to serve our community by building relationships with individuals and helping them stay joyous and healthy.
