Is your teen or tween struggling at home, school or in peer relationships? Is his/her mood or behavior creating a chaotic environment for your family? I believe that with education and encouragement, your adolescent can learn the skills necessary to cope with stress, adjust to life’s transitions and mature into a healthy resilient adult. For 20 years, I have provided individual and family therapy to people in both an acute hospital setting and an alternative therapeutic school. I look forward to working with you and/or your adolescent to help identify problems, set goals and will tailor a treatment plan based on your individual situation. My specialty includes working with adolescents with Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD/ADD and Anxiety Disorders. I offer parent coaching and will meet with parents individually or jointly with your adolescent if this aids the therapeutic process. I am on the Rockwood School District provider list and will attend school meetings if needed.
