Allison Tyler, author and a licensed clinical social worker with over 17 years experience, believes that all individuals with ADHD can learn new skills and strategies to not only help them to live but to thrive in our neurodiverse world. Using a blend of motivational, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques, I teach specific approaches and strategies to help strengthen executive function skills. Allison Tyler has developed a unique style of teaching new skills, strategies and tools to children, adolescents and adults with ADHD. She currently conducts teletherapy sessions for teens., adults and parents who are looking to strengthen executive function skills or parenting skills. As a parent of a child with ADHD, I completely understand the stress and complications of parenting a child with unique needs. In my work with children, teens and adults with ADHD, I have recognized the frustration that many people feel when they are labeled negatively for their condition and I believe in working collaboratively to build confidence.
