Therapist Overview
My therapy experience includes working with a wide range of cognitive abilities and severity of diagnoses. My interests include working with issues involving anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, grief, stress management, marriage and family, process and psycheducational groups. I am trained in sand tray therapy and am a certified Prepare/Enrich premarital counselor. I am also trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I have a compassionate, collaborative approach, encouraging psychoeducation and mindfulness of cognitive and behavioral patterns, along with discovering meaning and purpose in life. I believe in meeting a person where they are and helping to facilitate change in their life. It is my goal to help my clients heal from their heart wounds and brokenness, discover ways to live out an authentic and purposeful life, and learn new ways to manage the stressors in their daily lives. I look forward to joining my clients on their journey of healing and discovery.
