Therapist Overview
I’ve spent 8 years in a private practice working with folks who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I work with clients who are seeking a space for self-reflection and growth, and to build relationship skills and coping strategies that can help them move through life in a more skillful way. I love working with people, and I use a warm and compassionate approach, not without direct and honest feedback. I’m often described as gentle and grounding, providing a comfortable space for the work of therapy. I primarily use 3 therapy methods: Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, and Relational therapies. Every client is unique and each person who walks in has different needs and goals, and I tailor my work within these modalities to meet each client where they’re at and to support them in the work they’re wanting to do. I see clients in my office in Lower Queen Anne If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to connect with you. Feel free to e-mail or we can talk over the phone for a free 20-minute consultation to see if it feels like a helpful fit for the therapy you’re seeking.
