I have extensive experience working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, chemical dependency and adult ADD. After receiving my License in Professional Counseling, I worked at Laureate Psychiatric Clinic for over 8 years both in the Intensive Outpatient Program and as an outpatient therapist. I currently work for Carole’s Hope Outpatient Counseling in the South Tulsa area, working with adult individuals who are struggling to find their way and desire to regain their strength. My therapy focus is strength based. I provide a safe environment for clients to be able to work through past, present and future struggles. I use a variety of different therapies and techniques including CBT, and resilience building. I am solution focused and thrive to help my clients to become more empowered in accomplishing their current goals.
