Are you struggling with not feeling good enough? Feeling too anxious to leave home or easily overwhelmed by daily life? Is your child struggling with maintaining behaviors at home or experienced significant trauma from home or school? If you’re wanting to generally feel brighter or work through some difficult history so you can live your best life now, then I can be there to help you on your way. People often only think of trauma as a major disaster but it can much less obvious like: negative sibling interactions, bad teachers, abusive relationships, parental overreactions and bullying. All leave scars & some help to heal. I have come to specialize in trauma with EMDR as primary treatment to help get negative messages from past traumas “unstuck”. When we logically know we are safe and emotionally feel scared, EMDR can make the logic louder and calm the emotion to 0/10. I can use traditional talk therapy, sand tray, and expressive therapy techniques to access and process. I truly believe in the body & mind’s desire and ability to heal; I’ll meet you where you are. I am currently studying to be a health coach so I can help to address the whole self. I have been through traumas and know change is difficult. The journey is not easy but you are not alone; I will be there by your side when you feel the time has come for change.
