Therapist Overview

I am now offering appointments by telehealth! Finding ways of coping with this uncertainty and change is a challenge, particularly right now. Let’s work together to find healthy ways of navigating change and the uncomfortable feelings associated with these times. My therapeutic training and experience have centered around adults and older adults dealing with depression, anxiety, chronic health conditions, problems associated with aging, life transitions, and grief and loss. Grief is not unique to any one particular age group, however, as we age loss can become cumulative affecting many areas of our lives. Coping with these losses and integrating them into our ever evolving self can be complicated. Working through these losses together with a therapist can be a supportive and collaborative experience. Being seen, heard and feeling connected is a part of the healing process. Walking through this process with you would be my privilege. I offer a place of acceptance and non-judgement where we can work together on your path of growth and healing.
