At this time Insights is not providing in person services, however, telehealth sessions are available. I can support you with creating management skills for topics such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles and daily stressors. I love what I do and being able to support people. I use integrative methods to adapt to your needs. We can do skill building in office and then work towards meeting in your community and practicing using them! You are not crazy, you are not defective, you are not worthless. What you are experiencing is common and I can help you to understand why you have the reactions you do- and even learn to change the ones that aren’t working for you anymore!
