Therapist Overview
I have a passion for couples and families in all stages of life, including those who struggle with infidelity, communication breakdown, step-families, and parent-child conflict. Family is one of the most important aspects of our life, so when we are struggling in those relationships, life in general often seems more difficult. We want to be able to thrive in marriage and family relationships, rather than merely survive. Along with couples/families, working with individuals brings me so much joy! Working together we can explore the origins and factors that contribute to hurts and hang-ups, striving for growth and desired change. Throughout the therapy process I will be paying attention to current and previous patterns in both your individual life, and relationships that contribute to the problems you are experiencing. Together we will work to explore how to alter those patterns, creating meaningful change. Biblical and Christ centered growth are always encouraged when desired. I understand the vulnerability it takes to ask for help, and how reaching out for therapy/counseling can be so difficult. It is my desire to create a comfortable environment for you to process through pain, strive for personal growth, and/or create desired change for yourself and/or family.
