Therapist Overview
***DUE TO COVID-19, I AM CURRENTLY ACCEPTING TELEHEALTH CLIENTS*** Thank you for visiting. I can imagine that you might be facing a challenge, adjusting to a new opportunity, experiencing uncertainty, or perhaps a combination of all three. When you need extra support to move forward, finding the right therapist can make all of the difference. I work with folks to forge meaningful relationships with themselves and others while I also attend to identity. I seek to work with clients on better understanding themselves, and who they are in relationships with in order to meet their needs. ***I have limited Saturday morning openings*** I work with clients on a range of concerns with a specialty in relationship issues, anxiety, depression, adjustment struggles, and identity. My focus is to create strong relationships with each client that I have the privilege of working with, as I find that the therapeutic relationship is the backbone to meeting your goals. Warmth, empathy, and genuineness are core to my practice. Through short- or long-term therapy, I will work collaboratively with you to create the change you seek. I offer a free phone consultation and am conveniently two blocks from the Bethesda Metro.
