Therapist Overview

WE OFFER PHONE AND VIDEO SESSIONS. Knowing it’s time to get help can be one of the loneliest and scariest times in your life. I’m here to walk along side you during this time, to be a guide as you build a fuller and fear-free life. My clients would describe me as both nurturing and able to dive into tough discussions while staying on track with your goals. I specialize in working with trauma and related disorders of anxiety and depression. I am trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention and certified in CBT. Additionally, I draw from motivational interviewing and DBT techniques. Through my work with the social justice system, I have also become well versed in working with children and adolescents. While I work with all age groups, one of my passions is being able to incorporate play and art therapy into my sessions. I have been working in this field for several years and am in the final phase of being supervised for independent licensure. I look forward to working with you to meet your goals, create realistic expectations, and provide hope.
