My goal as a therapist is to assist clients with that opportunity. I will work to create an inviting and protected space where I can listen and encourage clients to reconnect with their inner strengths, explore and process their current emotions, and identify potential ways to cultivate their truth and begin implementing healthy changes. I have always felt a natural ability to connect and empathize with others. In sessions, I will utilize both person-centered and motivational interviewing counseling techniques to build confidence and allow the client to identify their needs, restore self awareness, and regain assurance in a non-judgmental space in their own time.
