Therapist Overview
Our inner worlds are complex and influenced by a myriad of ever changing experiences, relationships and circumstances. Some of these factors highjack our security in who we are, the relationships we’re in and limit our ability to authentically participate in our own lives. Therapy is an invitation into your own story in a way that deepens your imagination for who you are in the world. Developing a more expansive understanding of yourself and your story enables a unique brand of resiliency, flexibility and courage to empower you into a more creative life. I love working with womxn struggling to make sense of the complexities of their lives, relationships & the anxieties at the intersection of their unique identity. Together, we explore all that may impact their personal & interpersonal sense of self & develop new skills for improvising a more creative, authentic way of being. My therapeutic framework is intersectional, feminist, relational & psychodynamic. I am HAES aligned & Body Positive. Together we explore themes of attachment, shame, trauma & desire, & how they have shaped our sense of self as a result. My hope is to help others come home to themselves and the world through relationship. I look forward to meeting you.
