I have experience working with people of all ages with a diverse range of backgrounds. I have worked in a variety of human service positions for more than 14 years helping children, youth, and families. I have a zest for learning and earned a master’s degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in 2013 and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Walden University in 2017. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness theories. I have received training in hypnosis and family trauma treatment.
