I work with people who want to remove or decrease cognitive hinderances stemming from trauma, unprocessed emotions and negative core beliefs. **My practice is accepting new patients** I enjoy working with those who believe that change can happen and want to walk the journey to cultivate a life that is healthy. I am currently seeking my PHD in Counseling Psychology and look forward to advancing my knowledge in helping people handle the many facets that can feel like they are taking control of one’s life. EMDR, DBT, CBT trained. I hold an eclectic view to therapy and realize that each person is different and needs something different. I enjoy helping others, it is my true passion and purpose.
