Depression, anxiety, and chronic pain can feel like they have control over you and your life and make finding the clarity to move forward, make decisions, and solve problems very difficult. There are roots to the suffering and together we can navigate through old and new wounds while constructively resolving current life challenges. I work intentionally and intuitively to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your life and your feelings.
