I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from The Ohio State University, and Master’s degree in Counseling from Youngstown State. I specialize in providing education and interventions to individuals who have experienced trauma. This includes abuse history (emotional, physical, sexual abuse), human trafficking, abuse experienced during addiction, grief and loss, and suicide loss. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, and personality disorders. Choosing to begin your personal journey is a difficult decision and can cause fear and anxiety.
