I am experienced working with both adult and childhood trauma, substance use, depression and anxiety. I provide a safe, comfortable and non judgmental environment where clients can begin to explore thoughts, feelings, memories and dreams. As a licensed professional counselor with a BS in psychology and a Masters in Human Services, I have been trained and supervised in diverse settings. I use a person centered approach, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship as well as mindfulness therapies and CBT to reduce troubling symptoms and enhance daily functioning.
