Therapist Overview
Welcome. You found your way here for a reason. You might be seeking support, searching for tools to help you de-stress, a safe space to explore your identity, or maybe you’re not quite sure what you’re needing yet but something has to change. Whatever the reason, I am here to help. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate yogic philosophy, breathwork, mindfulness, and asana (physical postures) into sessions. This integration of body and mind can help us learn to sooth our anxieties, manage stress, cope with anger, deal with trauma, and better understand ourselves. As a queer identifying therapist, I am passionate about offering services to the LGBTQIA community. I am sex positive and welcome clients of sexual, relational, and gender diversity. As a white individual, I am committed to doing my own anti-racism work and striving for equity for all persons. I believe each of us possess the inherent wisdom and strength to create the changes we’d like to see in our lives. Busy schedules, stress, and societal expectations often cause us to lose our connection with this part of us. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and wisdom.
